Explore the different Photoshop tools and controls, and develop the skills necessary to resample images and prepare them for printing and the Internet. Opportunities will be greatest for candidates who can work in both digital and print media. The BLS also reported that the mean yearly salary for a graphic designer was $50,670 in May 2014. The BLS estimated that photography jobs will grow 4% for the years 2012 through 2022.
